Dear Prospective Parents,
Primary education is an important step in the future development of your precious child.
At St Joseph's we provide a secure, safe environment where every child is valued as an
individual, is recognised for its unique talents and is accepted for who they are.
The Catholic ethos at the school underpins the relationship between parent, staff and
pupils. Our Mission statement is an active document demonstrating our beliefs and
commitment to your child.
The Department for Education and Science recognises the excellent work at St Joseph's and
we were awarded Beacon status in September 2002.
Our aim is excellence and enjoyment and we believe that it is important to celebrate the
achievements of the whole child. This is reflected in our excellent academic achievement
and success in many sporting and musical events
