We were delighted with the excellent outcome of the Section 48
RE Ofsted report. Congratulations to Governors, staff, pupils and
parents for their valuable contribution to this inspection. Please
find attached a copy of the report.
School Trips
School trips are an experience that the children at St Joseph’s
enjoy and we rely on voluntary contributions from parents for these
trips.
The cost of coaches and ticket prices are extremely high and the
school is not reimbursed for absent pupils. In order to continue to
finance class trips we are unable to refund the cost of the trip if
your child is absent or unwell on the day of the trip. |
Healthy Eating Agenda
Many parents are adhering to the new guidelines and sending an
appropriate healthy packed lunch for their children. The school
encourages the children to eat what you have provided. In light of
the guidance, packets of sweets or fizzy drinks are not promoted as
an item for packed lunch at St Joseph’s. Thank you in advance for
your support.
Spring Bulbs - Daffodils
Congratulations to all the children who entered the spring bulb
competition, especially those with Gold Awards. The daffodils made a
lovely display in our reception area.
